Running with Purpose: AFC Half and Cabrillo National Monument Foundation
Every August, thousands of runners begin their 13.1-mile journey at Cabrillo National Monument—but this race is about more than scenic views. Thanks to a long-standing partnership with In Motion Events, the AFC Half Marathon & 5K helps support science education, habitat restoration, and the preservation of San Diego’s only national park.
