How to Make a Tribute Gift

Send your donation by check along with a note that includes:

  • Your contact information

  • How you would like the name displayed on the Tribute Wall

  • Contact information for the recipient

By Credit Card:
[Click here to donate online]. Select the box labeled “Dedicate my Donation” and follow the instructions.

What Happens After Your Gift Is Received

Once we receive your tribute gift, we will send a handwritten note card to the recipient of your choice, acknowledging the generous gift made in their or their loved one’s honor. We will also recognize your loved one on this webpage.
