Member Exclusive: Behind-the-Scenes Tour of Cabrillo's Native Plant Greenhouse

At the heart of the Cabrillo National Monument habitat preservation is a team of dedicated California native plant conservationists lead by Science Technician, Patricia Simpson. This capable team propagates 100% of the plants that are cultivated and ultimately planted at Cabrillo National Monument.

This carefully tended habitat provides food and shelter for almost 300 species of native and migratory birds, 70 species of native bees, as well as lizards, snakes and mammals who all call the park home.

CNMF Members! Join us for an in-depth look at the Cabrillo Greenhouse and learn from the experts just in time to inspire you to add some key pollinator plants to your garden this spring.

This event will take place at the Cabrillo Greenhouse. Day of details will be sent to all RSVPed guests prior to the event.

Please Note: Cabrillo National Monument admission requirements apply to events occurring during park hours of operation. RSVPing does not include entry to the park.

Current CNMF membership and RSVP Confirmation email are required and spaces are limited. Details will be sent to those who RSVP.

Not sure if your membership is current? Contact Peggy Junker at peggy@cnmf.org or call (619) 312-7942.
